Where are you based and do you travel?
I live and work in Norwalk, Iowa and am available for travel throughout the midwest.
What is your Photographic Style?
I love capturing images that are full of love, laughter, & joy. My images have lots of movement and feel candid and natural. I edit with colors that are bright, clean, and true to life.
How many photos will we receive?
I don't limit the amount of images I deliver - you'll get all the good ones! I typically deliver roughly 50 images per hour. All images will be professionally edited and delivered in an online gallery.
When will we get our photos?
Portrait Session clients can expect to receive their online gallery within 3-4 weeks of their session. Wedding clients can expect to receive their gallery within 6-8 weeks after their date.
What should we wear for our session?
Once you book, you'll receive my Portrait Session Guide, which has lots of information and styling tips for your family. In general, neutrals, pastels, and muted colors photograph best. Stay away from distracting patterns or colors that are too bright. Sometimes it's easiest to pick one "statement piece" and then pull colors from that outfit to dress and layer everyone else. Best advice? Keep it simple, muted, and clean to allow for timeless images that puts the focus where it's supposed to be - on you and your family!
