Katie & Connor | An Airport Engagement Session

It's no secret that I love when couples choose to highlight some super cool aspect of their relationship during their engagement session. What is equally cool is when couples have special access to some pretty out-of-the-ordinary items to make their engagement session totally unique and completely epic. Well, Katie & Connor had special access to a whole bunch of airplanes. Actually, it was a whole AIRPORT, to be exact!

When Katie mentioned to me that she and Connor were considering taking a few images at the local airport where Connor works, I was 10000% on board. And I'm so glad they went for it. I mean, how AMAZING are these images??!! I'm obsessed. Even months later when writing this blog post (because you know how bad I am at staying on top of things when it comes to blogs & social media!) I am STILL obsessed! I probably could have stayed at the airport taking portraits of them for hours - it was so much fun. But alas, we couldn't stay forever, so we finished up our session at another beautiful location - Big Creek State Park. Sunsets at Big Creek are so beautiful, and that evening was no exception. These two even showed me a new trail I had never seen before, and it was awesome! And I'll definitely be returning there with some other lovely couples! All in all, it was definitely a 10/10 engagement session. Just check out the gallery!
